Heather Keller
Meet Heather Keller, owner & head trainer at Willamette Valley Training! Heather has been riding, showing, and loving horses here in the northwest since she was a young teen. Heather got her start in gaited horses with the late trainer Diane Gueck, who taught Heather what it takes to make not just a good horse, but an amazing all around horse. Heather has produced some of the northwest's best gaited horses, who move naturally, and correctly not only in the show arena but on the trail.
Training
We offer training for all gaited breeds from start to finish whether your end goal is just to hit the trails on your smooth gaited horse, or if you're wanting to make your show ring dreams come true, we are here to help in every way.
All horses in our program get a well rounded education while with us. They will come home to you moving correctly in frame, in their correct gaits, and will be doing so happily and freely. They will also be exposed to the trails to get them real world exposure, which ensures your horse will be able to handle any situation in the future.
We incorporate the help of our amazing farrier Quinton, our vets at Oakhurst, and our chiropractor Melissa to help ensure that your horse is happy, healthy, and thriving while in our program.
